During her last 10 years of experience working with adolescents, she has become an expert on the topic of cyberbullying. She has spoken all over the country, speaking at individual schools and National Conferences. In a article in Principal Leadership, she presented her program for handling cyberbullying.

Susan also works with adolescents on becoming successful students in a program she developed at her own school that she has titled “The Lost Curriculum.” The class was featured in the local paper and she is currently writing a book on the topic. Finally, she counsels adolescents who have academic, personal and/or social problems.
